• CAN YOU MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN IN STORE??

  Yes, you can make a change of size or a return in any of our FORUM SPORT stores, you must present the delivery note that arrives inside the shipping.

• HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

  If the order has been delivered in Spain: You must contact our transport agency ZELERIS to pick up your package (Tel. 91 707 40 01) and put inside it the delivery note indicating the new size or requesting the return. When your order arrives at our facilities we will process the change and inform you of the shipment of the new size requested or the payment of the same in case of not having the requested size or being the option requested.

  If the order has been delivered outside Spain: You must contact our transport agency GLS through the mail [email protected] to pick up your package and put inside it the delivery note indicating the new size or requesting the return. When your order arrives at our facilities we will inform you of the subscription. 




• HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

  To cancel an order placed online you must send an email to [email protected] before you receive the out of stock email and from Forum Sport we will cancel and pay the amount of your order in the same form of payment that was made the payment.

  If the order has already left our warehouse is no longer possible to cancel, you would have to process a return when you receive it.

  If the order was made in store you must go to the store to make you the payment of the same and from there you cancel.

• HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DETAILS?

  
  

  To change the shipping address of your order you must send an email to [email protected] indicating the correct address and order number before it is sent and Forum Sport will change the address.

   For orders delivered in Spain, if your order has already left our warehouse you can contact our transport agency ZELERIS on the phone 91 707 40 01, indicating the ZEL code ... that has arrived by mail and manage with them the change of address. For orders outside Spain, contact our transport agency GLS via email [email protected] indicating the order code and manage with them the change of address.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT OR SIZE?

The available sizes are those shown on the website in bold and that let you select. If there is a size that does not let you select is because that size is no longer available.

 

You can see the stock in the store by clicking on the link, bearing in mind that the stock that appears there is indicative and non-binding, as it is not in real time so it can vary and it is better to consult with the store to avoid unnecessary travel.

• TECHNICAL PARTS AND GUARANTEES?

  
  

  They can be managed in any of our stores or by sending an email to [email protected] indicating what happens to you and the number of your order. From Forum Sport we will manage the guarantee with the supplier who will evaluate and solve the case.




• PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE?

  
  

  For any doubt with the delivery, if you have received the out of stock mail, you can contact our transport agencies:

  In Spain: ZELERIS agency on telephone 91 707 40 01 indicating your ZEL shipping number.

  In the rest of countries GLS agency through the mail [email protected]

   

  If you have not yet received the out of stock email and the shipping date has been passed, your order is late and in that case you will have received an email informing you that your order has suffered a delay of 2 to 4 days and after that time if you have not received the out of stock, you will be informed again.

• ORDER INVOICE REQUEST?

  
  

  You have to send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number for which you request the invoice.



• HOW TO APPLY A COUPON CODE?

  You have to enter the numeric code of the voucher in the box in the cart and click on redeem voucher. Only one voucher can be applied per order.
