Free returns, Exchanges and Shipping Policy

You have up to 60 days to make your return! 

 

You can make the return through our logistics operators or if you prefer you can make the shipping by the means that suits you best.

How to contact the logistics operator for shipments delivered in Spain

Call at 917 074 001 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9 pm (customer service of our logistics operator Zeleris). Of the options presented, press option 4 and again option 4 to request it from the operator.* as long as the order has been placed as a registered customer and does not weigh more than 20kg. 


To be FREE you must have made the purchase as a registered customer, with delivery in Spain peninsula and the item(s) to return must weigh less than 20 kg.

Indicate the reference number received in the mail sent out of the warehouse on the day it was dispatched from our facilities, if you have not saved the mail, you can consult it by entering as a registered customer with your keys in the Forum Sport Club membership area of the header, identify yourself as a member, click on the Online Shopping tab and go to the "Online Shopping Tracking" page on the right menu. You can also access the membership area by clicking here. If the product or products returned have more than one valid order, the return will be applied to the last order placed.

  3. If the weight is equal to or greater than 20kg, or you have made the purchase as a non-registered customer or the collection is not in Spain peninsula or Balearic Islands: the return will be borne by the customer and can be sent by the means that best suits him, (see below).

How to contact the logistics operator for returns from outside of Spain

  • If you have placed your order as a REGISTERED CUSTOMER and the order to be returned does not exceed 20kg:
  • Write an email to [email protected]  
  • Indicate the Order number "1110000" and the contact details: name, email and telephone. The logistics operator will contact you to pick up the order.
  • The costs of return - exchange will be applied according to the following table:

  • If you have placed your order as a non-registered or uninvited customer or the order to return weighs more than 20 kg:

The return is at the customer's expense and can be sent by the most convenient means to the following address:

How to prepare the package to return:

  • Introduce into the package the sheet received in the order, indicating whether it is a return or exchange and the necessary data if it is necessary to return the amount of the product or the new size in case of exchange.

  • In order for the return to be accepted, you must comply with the conditions of our return and exchange policy set forth below.

Information to include always for RETURNS/CHANGES:

To make a RETURN you must indicate on the invoice received in the order the following:

  • Reason for return the product
  • Indicate a current account number where we can make a transfer if you have paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

 

You will always be refunded the amount by the same method of payment with which you placed the order (PayPal, credit or debit card, transfer or cash on delivery) within 7 working days of receipt of the refund. Subtracting expenses of return if any. 


To make a CHANGE must indicate on the invoice received in the order the following:

  • The item you want (model, brand, size, colour, etc.).

If there is availability of the new size requested, it will be sent within 15 working days and if there is no availability, it will be notified and managed as a return. 


The cost of the exchange will be as indicated in the table above, although the shipment of the new product will be free for the customer.


If the invoice is not available, write down the details on a sheet with the order number, the identity card of the person who made the purchase and an email contact.

Conditions of our return and exchange policy

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for screen-printed or personalised items, in the case of items that can be copied (such as CDs, electronic games, books, etc.), in the case of underwear and swimsuits, climbing safety items (ropes, harnesses, eights, sunblock, etc.), and in the case of products that require some modification for sale (e.g. high-end tennis rackets that are not strung from the factory). 


If the order is returned to origin due to the carrier's inability to deliver the goods (due to the carrier's negligence) to the consignee, our company will bear the costs of the first return. In the event that the transport company has operated correctly, FORUM SPORT SHOP ON-LINE will not be responsible for the return. If we have charged for the order before sending it, the amount of the item(s) will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.


If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, FORUM SPORT SHOP ON-LINE will send your transport service to pick it up at the same location where the package was received. Obviously, FORUM SPORT SHOP ON-LINE is responsible for all costs arising from the return and subsequent shipping of the correct order in the event of change. Upon receipt of the package, we will confirm that the product is in good condition and that it was indeed negligent on our part and will proceed to send the new product in the event of exchange and return the money in case of return within 7 working days of receipt in our warehouse. The money back will be credited to the customer by bank transfer to their account number or to the same card on which they made the payment, depending on the payment method used.


If the purchase has been made as a non-registered customer or the collection is not in Spain or weighs more than 20 kg, you will make the shipping for exchange or return through the means that suits you best and you will be who will assume all costs that may arise.
