fuego medio.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez caliente, echas la avena y la dejas cocinar mientras la vas removiendo, hasta que esta misma quede tierna.<\/li>\n<li>Ya hecha la preparaci\u00f3n, aplastas el pl\u00e1tano hasta hacerlo pur\u00e9 y lo incorporas a la mezcla junto con la canela.<\/li>\n<li>Agregas la onza de chocolate encima y esta se derretir\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporas los ar\u00e1ndanos,
