mantener, no el de mejorar el rendimiento<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>Con este criterio es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil encontrar ejercicios amenos, divertidos y fuera del ambiente y repertorio que realizas en el gimnasio.<\/p>\n<p>Un recurso muy \u00fatil es el de contar con la ayuda de un compa\u00f1ero: podemos disponer as\u00ed de multitud de recursos no habituales y que conseguir\u00e1n est\u00edmulos novedosos en un ambiente diferente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n es realizar un circuito fitness en pareja alternando ejercicios de fuerza, cardiovascular y movilidad<\/strong>, sin
