superficie (asfalto, tierra, rocas)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upper<\/strong>: con una malla transpirable y un peque\u00f1o refuerzo en la parte de los dedos que no sume mucho peso a la zapatilla<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media suela<\/strong>: con un drop para cada gusto. L@s hay que prefieren acercarse al correr natural con drops de 4mm o menos; pero tambi\u00e9n encontramos l@s que buscan una ca\u00edda alta de 10-12mm porque son talonadores.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tipo de corredor<\/strong>: peso ligero, medio o pesado<\/li>\n<li><strong>Especialidad<\/strong>: \u00bflas queremos para hacer series?, \u00bfcorrer a ritmos r\u00e1pidos?, \u00bfcorrer largas
