En este caso, los cu\u00e1driceps tendr\u00e1n un trabajo extra, junto con gl\u00fateos y el resto del core.<\/p>\n<p>Observa como mantenemos una <strong>posici\u00f3n neutra de la cadera<\/strong> y mantenemos <strong>el tronco recto en todo momento<\/strong>.
