EVITA LOS ULTRAPROCESADOS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los alimentos muy procesados ya preparados perjudican nuestra salud e hinchan nuestra barriga, aunque los comamos en poca cantidad.<\/p>\n<p>Piensa que una bolsa de patatas fritas no s\u00f3lo no te llena como unas patatas al horno o cocidas con una verdura como el br\u00f3coli. BOCA CERRADA AL COMER Y RESPIRACI\u00d3N NASAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Evita respirar por la boca, ya que tragas aire y aumentas la hinchaz\u00f3n y los gases.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La respiraci\u00f3n nasal es la manera m\u00e1s natural de respirar, inhalando y exhalando por las fosas nasales,<\/strong>&nbsp;como en clase de yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes inhalar por la nariz y exhalar por la boca.
