En este post vamos a intentarlo con una f\u00f3rmula que tiene en cuenta tu edad, sexo, actividad y constituci\u00f3n f\u00edsica: \u00bfNos acompa\u00f1as? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nEs muy dif\u00edcil analizar todos los factores que hacen que unas personas tengan un metabolismo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas que otras. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>en cada etapa de nuestra vida nuestro metabolismo no funciona igual y puede sufrir cambios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda nos facilita el trabajo. En ella desglosamos los factores m\u00e1s habituales que intervienen en el metabolismo y c\u00f3mo podemos intervenir en ello.<\/p>\n<p>Hazte con la calculadora y empieza a anotar:<\/p>\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>metabolismo basal (MB)<\/strong> es la energ\u00eda m\u00ednima que necesitas para mantener la actividad b\u00e1sica de tu cuerpo sin moverte. El peso con el que te encuentras c\u00f3modo y sin michelines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para los <strong>hombres<\/strong> se necesita <strong>1 calor\u00eda por kilo de peso y hora.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>mujeres<\/strong> un poco menos: <strong>0,95 calor\u00edas por kilo de peso y hora<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Por ejemplo, calculemos los valores para una pareja:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ad\u00e1n tiene un peso ideal de 75 kg, por lo tanto, su metabolismo basal ser\u00e1 de 1.800 cal\/d\u00eda (75 kilos x 24 h x 1 cal)<\/li>\n<li>Eva tiene un peso ideal de 55 kg. Por lo tanto, su metabolismo basal ser\u00e1 de 1.254 cal\/d\u00eda (55 kilos x 24 h x 0,95 cal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>tasa de actividad f\u00edsica (TA),<\/strong>&nbsp;tiene en cuenta las calor\u00edas o la energ\u00eda que gastas al hacer ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Depende de ti, cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s te muevas, m\u00e1s calor\u00edas gastas. Esfuerzos extremos. Var\u00eda entre el 75% o el 100% del MB (MB x 0,75 o MB x 1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ad\u00e1n practica una hora de deporte al d\u00eda. Corresponde al 10% del valor del metabolismo basal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>180 calor\u00edas (1.800 x 0,1) para nuestro hombre ejemplo.<\/li>\n<li>125 calor\u00edas (1.254 x 0,1) para nuestra chica ejemplo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las&nbsp;<strong>horas de sue\u00f1o<\/strong>&nbsp;disminuyen un 10% el metabolismo basal (0,1 calor\u00edas\/kg de peso\/hora de sue\u00f1o).<\/p>\n<p>Cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s duermes, menos gastas (recuerda los osos que pasan el invierno hibernando sin apenas tomar alimentos).
