Olvidad los experimentos que lo del equilibrio din\u00e1mico mola mucho, pero mola m\u00e1s no lesionarse.<\/li>\n<li>Antes de trabajar el equilibrio din\u00e1mico <strong><u>es bueno realizar un buen calentamiento<\/u><\/strong>, incluyendo ejercicios de movilidad articular.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para este entrenamiento vamos a utilizar&nbsp;<strong>un <a \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Con un bosu puedes a\u00f1adir intensidad a una simple sentadilla.<\/li>\n<li>Prueba a realizar este ejercicio y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo descubres m\u00fasculos de tus piernas que no sab\u00edas que estaban ah\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Haz 3 series de 15 repeticiones y si te ves fuerte prueba con la segunda versi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Ojo al realizar el ejercicio,<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;es probable que las primeras repeticiones tengan que ser de \u00bd sentadilla hasta que logres conservar el equilibrio en el movimiento completo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.
