Estos d\u00edas son muy duros porque los ritmos son altos y la carrera es mi punto d\u00e9bil! Los d\u00edas de series los suelo complementar con <strong>trabajo de pliometr\u00eda y prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones<\/strong> y tambi\u00e9n una sesi\u00f3n corta de fuerza en tren superior. Las piernas ya han tenido ca\u00f1a en la pista, as\u00ed que nos enfocamos en la zona de upper body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los <strong>jueves<\/strong> suelo hacer un <strong>descanso activo<\/strong>, personalmente el descanso absoluto no me va bien. Siento que mi cuerpo se engarrota y que necesita movimiento y oxigenar los m\u00fasculos. Es por ello que en los d\u00edas de descanso me gusta mantenerme activa y suelo salir a caminar, o hacer una sesi\u00f3n de unos 60\u00b4suaves en bici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El <strong>s\u00e1bado<\/strong> es mi d\u00eda de entrenamiento preferido de la semana, es cuando hago <strong>entrenamiento especifico de competici\u00f3n, mezclo series m\u00e1s largas de carrera y fuerza espec\u00edfica de trineo<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1ado una parte espec\u00edfica de <strong>halterofilia<\/strong> y trabajo de gimn\u00e1sticos para mantenerme \u00e1gil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los <strong>domingos<\/strong> son siempre <strong>d\u00edas de tirada larga de carrera en Zona 2 (*)<\/strong>.
