F\u00edjate en los ejercicios que te proponemos&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, hacer \u00fanicamente abdominales no ser\u00e1 suficiente para deshacerte de la grasa abdominal. Para eliminar los michelines, es fundamental aumentar el ejercicio aer\u00f3bico.
