Me gustar\u00eda compartir contigo qu\u00e9 es el Ayurveda y, sobre todo, c\u00f3mo puede enriquecer tu vida y tu pr\u00e1ctica de yoga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pero&#8230; \u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Ayurveda?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Ayurveda es la primera ciencia de la vida. Es un sistema m\u00e9dico hol\u00edstico que busca conservar la salud y no s\u00f3lo tratar la enfermedad como la medicina occidental.<\/p>\n<p>Es originaria de la India y su nombre proviene del s\u00e1nscrito que significa&nbsp; <strong>Ayur= vida<\/strong> y <strong>Veda= conocimiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de la medicina moderna, que tiende a tratar los s\u00edntomas de una enfermedad, el Ayurveda se basa en la creencia de que la salud no es simplemente la ausencia de enfermedad, sino un estado de equilibrio din\u00e1mico entre los elementos que constituyen nuestro ser: <strong>la mente, el cuerpo y el Ser\/esp\u00edritu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El ayurveda abarca 8 especialidades<\/strong> principales desde pediatr\u00eda hasta la medicina general y cirug\u00eda. Son las <strong>energ\u00edas biol\u00f3gicas<\/strong> que se determinan en la concepci\u00f3n que gobiernan todas las funciones biol\u00f3gicas, psicol\u00f3gicas y patol\u00f3gicas del cuerpo, la mente y la consciencia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>constituci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de la persona<\/strong> permanece fija durante toda la vida ya que esta gen\u00e9ticamente determinada. Vata: el principio del movimiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Compuesto por los elementos aire y \u00e9ter, Vata es el principio del movimiento, incluidas las <strong>funciones del sistema nervioso, respiraci\u00f3n, parpadeo, pulsaciones del coraz\u00f3n, toda la expansi\u00f3n y contracci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las personas con predominancia de Vata suelen ser creativas, entusiastas y llenas de energ\u00eda<\/strong>. Sin embargo, cuando este dosha est\u00e1 en desequilibrio, puede generar ansiedad, insomnio y desorden digestivo.<\/p>\n<p>Para mantener el Vata en equilibrio, <strong>se recomienda una rutina regular, consumir alimentos tibios y pesados, y practicar actividades que fomenten la calma, como el yoga suave o la meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Pitta: personas inteligentes y decididas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se forma por los elementos fuego y agua. <strong>Pitta regula la digesti\u00f3n, el metabolismo y la temperatura corporal<\/strong>. En lugar de seguir un enfoque \u00fanico para todos, <strong>el Ayurveda sugiere una alimentaci\u00f3n personalizada seg\u00fan el tipo de dosha predominante<\/strong>.
