Uno de ellas son las diferentes fases sobre las que debemos pasar para poder realizar un proceso eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fase inicial<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Iniciamos con la fase en la que reducimos la ingesta de carbohidratos para poder iniciar el proceso de cetosis.<\/p>\n<p>Es una fase que puede durar semanas y se puede hacer complicada de seguir. Es un proceso normal y es que <strong>el cuerpo tiene que adaptarse a utilizar los \u00e1cidos grasos<\/strong> y las cetonas como fuente de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Se llama as\u00ed precisamente porque sus s\u00edntomas recuerdan a los de la gripe (fatiga corporal, mareos..). Si hemos conseguido establecer unos h\u00e1bitos podremos sacar adelante el proceso.
