Es fundamental que en la ecuaci\u00f3n EST\u00cdMULO + NUTRICI\u00d3N + DESCANSO todo fluya correctamente.<\/p>\n<p>El primer paso es el entrenamiento, donde el <strong>trabajo de fuerza<\/strong> es la piedra angular de todo. El segundo paso que tenemos que dar es realizar <strong>una nutrici\u00f3n acorde<\/strong> al est\u00edmulo y los <strong>objetivos<\/strong> establecidos. <strong>super\u00e1vit cal\u00f3rico<\/strong>, es decir, <strong>ingerir m\u00e1s calor\u00edas de las que necesitamos.<\/strong> Aqu\u00ed la repartici\u00f3n de macros (PROTE\u00cdNAS, CARBOHIDRATOS y GRASAS) es important\u00edsima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Super\u00e1vit cal\u00f3rico recomendado:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10-15% m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Esto equivale a <strong>unas 250-500 kcal extra por d\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>0,25-0,5 kg por semana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Macronutrientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prote\u00ednas: <\/strong>6 &#8211; 2.2 g\/kg de peso corporal<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carbohidratos: <\/strong>4-6 g\/kg de peso corporal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grasas:<\/strong> <strong>0<\/strong>,8 &#8211; 1,2 g\/kg de peso corporal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Distribuci\u00f3n de comidas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para poder alcanzar un super\u00e1vit cal\u00f3rico, la distribuci\u00f3n de las ingestas es muy nutrici\u00f3n para ganar masa muscular, conviene valorar el n\u00famero de ingestas a realizar para poder alcanzar el objetivo y no hacer ingestas muy copiosas.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que una de las Al igual que las prote\u00ednas, maximizan la recuperaci\u00f3n muscular post entrenamiento. Por tanto, son fundamentales en t\u00e9rminos de nutrici\u00f3n para ganar masa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>Los carbohidratos se almacenan en los m\u00fasculos en forma de gluc\u00f3geno, que es la principal fuente de energ\u00eda en ejercicios de fuerza e hipertrofia. Durante el descanso es donde se da la regeneraci\u00f3n celular y muscular.<\/p>\n<p>7-9 horas de sue\u00f1o es lo recomendado, pero tambi\u00e9n es muy importante de cu\u00e1ndo a cu\u00e1ndo.
