Pues pronto vais a descubrir que no lo es, todo lo contrario. Ahora puede que est\u00e9is pensando: &#8220;Vale, me has convencido, pero&#8230; \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos entrenar el equilibrio din\u00e1mico y la propiocepci\u00f3n?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Muy f\u00e1cil, con superficies inestables, una forma perfecta de entender c\u00f3mo entrenar fuerza y propiocepci\u00f3n a la vez, pero antes de empezar un par de apuntes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>La suma de superficies inestables no es muy recomendable<\/strong>, incluso para los profesionales debe ser un trabajo guiado y controlado por profesionales. Olvidad los experimentos que lo del equilibrio din\u00e1mico mola mucho, pero mola m\u00e1s no lesionarse.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de trabajar el equilibrio din\u00e1mico es bueno <strong>realizar un buen calentamiento<\/strong>, incluyendo ejercicios de movilidad articular.<\/p>\n<p>Para este entrenamiento vamos a utilizar&nbsp;un <strong>bosu\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" Prueba a realizar este ejercicio y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo descubres m\u00fasculos de tus piernas que no sab\u00edas que estaban ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Haz <strong>3 series de 15 repeticiones<\/strong> y si que el bosu comience a balancearse a un lado y a otro.<\/p>\n<p>Si lo necesitas prueba a sujetar una pica apoyada en el suelo con los brazos, al menos hasta que ganes \/><\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>PLANCHA CON BRAZOS EXTENDIDOS SOBRE FITBALL<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mantener la posici\u00f3n de plancha con brazos extendidos es algo sencillo pero ahora prueba a realizarlo sobre un fitball y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo tu abdomen comienza a pedirte un descanso pasados unos segundos.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a este ejercicio involucramos a todo el core (incluido todo el recto abdominal y los transversos del abdomen), siendo adem\u00e1s una buena forma de c\u00f3mo entrenar fuerza y propiocepci\u00f3n a la vez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mant\u00e9n esa posici\u00f3n 15 o 20
