Hay que saber qu\u00e9 alimentos meter, que sean nutritivos, que aguanten sin estropearse y que no requieran de utensilios pesados para &nbsp;su consumo. Hoy os contamos c\u00f3mo nutrir e hidratar tu cuerpo, sin que te pese la mochila.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Todo va a depender de lo larga que vaya a ser la jornada, porque tendremos opciones diferentes seg\u00fan vayamos a pasar medio d\u00eda o el d\u00eda entero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Alimentos ligeros para la monta\u00f1a para rutas de medio d\u00eda&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si solo vamos a necesitar alg\u00fan tentempi\u00e9 m\u00e1s ligero, podemos optar por:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Frutas frescas<\/strong> : que ocupan poco espacio y nos van a aportar hidratos de carbono de absorci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, que nos dan energ\u00eda instant\u00e1nea y una gran cantidad de agua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frutas deshidratadas<\/strong>: que cumplen la misma funci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica que las frutas frescas. Ocupan menos espacio, aunque al estar deshidratadas, no nos van a aportar hidrataci\u00f3n.
