Zegama Salomon Camp.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tres d\u00edas de trail running por el entorno de la <strong>Zegama-Aizkorri<\/strong>, la carrera de las carreras de trail, dan para mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque parec\u00eda que este d\u00eda no iba a llegar nunca, por fin vuelve la Zegama presencial y la segunda edici\u00f3n del Camp de Zegama. El campamento base est\u00e1 en Arrieta Haundi una casita rural que vive la Zegama de forma especial y es que todos y todas las corredoras que completan la carrera pasan obligatoriamente por delante de la casa. Empezamos a romper el hielo, Oihana nos lleva a nuestras habitaciones y nos vamos presentando.<\/p>\n<p>En el comedor nos espera <strong>Jokin Lizeaga<\/strong> para hablarnos de <strong>seguridad en la monta\u00f1a<\/strong> para que cuando salgamos a entrenar lo hagamos de forma segura.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018 Jokin sufri\u00f3 un grave accidente mientras compet\u00eda en Asturias en donde desde la sima en la que pas\u00f3 horas atrapado se desped\u00eda mentalmente de su familia. Desde entonces su vida ha cambiado mucho y todav\u00eda sigue sufriendo las secuelas f\u00edsicas y mentales de ese fatal accidente.<\/p>\n<p>Una charla muy \u00edntima y personal en la que nos invita a vivir el momento, valorar lo que tenemos y a pedir ayuda cuando estemos mal. Un caf\u00e9, bizcocho casero que nos ha hecho Mar\u00eda Luisa, la due\u00f1a de Arrieta Haundi que nos cuida como a sus hijxs, y sobremesa para hablar con Aritz y Oihana de su d\u00eda a d\u00eda como padre\/madre, sus trabajos, sus entrenamientos y lo que supone competir a los niveles que lo hacen ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Mucho esfuerzo y sacrificio para ellxs y para sus parejas y familias que siempre les acompa\u00f1an y apoyan.<\/p>\n<p>Toca movernos un poco para hacer hambre. La gente de <strong>Goierri Turismo<\/strong> nos ha preparado una rica cena en una sagardotegi de Zeriain pero antes toca pasarnos por la feria del queso de Idiazabal, \u00a1una perdici\u00f3n para quienes nos encanta el queso!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div poco m\u00e1s levantarnos. La sagardotegi y los \u201ctxotx\u201d de anoche se notan pero a\u00fan as\u00ed a las 7:00 puntuales estamos en el comedor para desayunar.<\/p>\n<p>Nos calzamos las <strong><u>Salomon Sense Ride 4<\/u><\/strong>, una muy buena opci\u00f3n para hacer Zegama si no hay barro y si buscas una zapatilla amortiguada y a correr (nunca mejor dicho).<\/p>\n<p>Hoy haremos una de las partes m\u00e1s m\u00edticas de la carrera, <strong>de Sancti Spiritu a Aizkorri<\/strong>, visita obligada en este camp, el crester\u00edo y una bajada de 4 kil\u00f3metros que bautizamos como \u201costiagorri\u201d (con este nombre os pod\u00e9is hacer una idea de c\u00f3mo es) para llegar al alojamiento, <strong>casi 12 km con 800 metros positivos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p
