OBJETIVO BEHOBIA &#8211; SAN SEBASTI\u00c1N 2023: + 2H<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si tu principal objetivo es <strong>completar la Behobia &#8211; San Sebasti\u00e1n 2023 a ritmos tranquilos<\/strong> y\/o disfrutar de tu primera experiencia en una de las mejores carreras del mundo, sin la presi\u00f3n del reloj, aqu\u00ed tienes 5 consejos para asegurarte el \u00e9xito:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prep\u00e1rate bien durante los meses anteriores y llega con los deberes hechos: con respeto a la distancia y <strong>entrenando, al menos 3 d\u00edas por semana<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descansa la \u00faltima semana\u2026pero corriendo un par de d\u00edas suaves para tener tus piernas activas<\/strong> y ayudar a calmar los nervios. Cuida la alimentaci\u00f3n y descansa bien (o todo lo que te dejen)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Col\u00f3cate bien dentro de tu caj\u00f3n<\/strong>: busca el sitio adecuado en funci\u00f3n de tus ritmos y, sobre todo, haz tu carrera sin dejarte influenciar por el resto. T\u00fa eres quien va a correr y esforzarse; t\u00fa eres quien mejor se conoce y sabe c\u00f3mo va en cada momento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las famosas cuestas: afr\u00f3ntalas con tranquilidad<\/strong>, empuja bien con los brazos y mant\u00e9n un ritmo c\u00f3modo, sin tirones y, sobre todo, sin subir aumentarlo cuando, al coronar Gaintxurizketa o Miracruz, comiences sus largas bajadas. Seguramente has completado muchas medias maratones y Behobias y sabes de qu\u00e9 va esto, pero no olvides estos 5 consejos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Llega a la Behobia &#8211; San Sebasti\u00e1n 2023 con el suficiente volumen de entrenamiento<\/strong>. No solamente vas a correr 20 kms sino que lo har\u00e1s a ritmo y tener una buena base sobre la que apoyarse es important\u00edsimo para no petar de camino a Donostia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calienta antes de salir para evitar posibles lesiones<\/strong>. Unos minutos de trote muy suave y ejercicios de movilidad articular te pondr\u00e1n a punto y har\u00e1n la espera m\u00e1s corta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vigila los pasos cada km o, al menos, cada 3 kms para asegurarte que est\u00e1s dentro del objetivo previsto<\/strong>. Ni demasiado r\u00e1pido ni demasiado lento. Pero si ves que te cuesta mantener el ritmo, no te apures porque uno o dos minutos no van a ning\u00fan lugar. El verdadero objetivo es llegar bien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controla la hidrataci\u00f3n incluso si no sale un d\u00eda caluroso<\/strong>. Los avituallamientos est\u00e1n por algo y bajar el ritmo o incluso parar unos segundos para beber es una inversi\u00f3n en tu camino hacia tu objetivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No pretendas recuperar en las bajadas el tiempo que crees haber perdido en las subidas<\/strong>. Es un error muy habitual y la causa de un desgaste excesivo que se paga en los kms. finales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
