En este post hablamos de las lesiones m\u00e1s comunes en corredoras y te presentamos una rutina de ejercicios que te ayudar\u00e1 a prevenirlas&nbsp; e incluso en alg\u00fan caso a aliviar el dolor de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lesiones m\u00e1s comunes en corredoras: S\u00edndrome Femoropatelar&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>o rodilla del corredor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se produce el <\/strong><strong>S\u00edndrome Femoropatelar<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las mujeres, tenemos una cadera m\u00e1s ancha que la de los hombres, y eso hace que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil tener un <strong>valgo de rodilla (Rodillas hacia dentro)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esto produce un desajuste entre m\u00fasculos aductores y abductores y por lo tanto que la rodilla tire hacia dentro y <strong>la cadera se incline m\u00e1s de lo \u00f3ptimo en el apoyo durante la carrera y puede producir lesione<\/strong>s como s\u00edndrome femoropatelar&nbsp;o la&nbsp;<strong>tendinopat\u00eda de la Cintilla iliotibial, que veremos m\u00e1s adelante.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son dos de las la espina iliaca anterosuperior al centro de la r\u00f3tula, y otra l\u00ednea que va desde el centro de la r\u00f3tula hasta la tuberosidad anterior de la tibia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo lo notamos?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El S\u00edndrome&nbsp;Femoropatelar o rodilla del corredor consiste en un <strong>dolor inespec\u00edfico en la parte anterior de la rodilla, por detr\u00e1s de la r\u00f3tula<\/strong> y que a veces puede referirse hacia el muslo y la cadera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a en corredoras tenemos que trabajar ejercicios de fuerza y estabilidad como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elevaciones laterales gl\u00fateo medio (gl\u00fateo medio)<\/li>\n<li>Sentadilla en la pared isom\u00e9trica (cu\u00e1driceps)<\/li>\n<li>Pasar de delante a detr\u00e1s del bloc de yoga (estabilidad y gl\u00fateo medio, cu\u00e1driceps, aductor)<\/li>\n<li>Extensi\u00f3n de rodilla con banda
