A\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes <strong>excepto las semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/strong> y vierte la mezcla sobre un papel de horno antiadherente. Poner los <b>anacardos\u00a0<\/b>en el vaso del robot y molerlos durante dos o tres minutos.<\/p>\n<p><a (porque la crema tarda en hacerse y as\u00ed evitamos quemar el robot) y volvemos a moler 2 minutos con tiempos de descanso hasta que el aceite salga del fruto y comience a formarse la crema. \u00a0Hay que tener paciencia porque es posible que teng\u00e1is que repetir el ciclo durante 10 veces.\u00a0Sabr\u00e9is que est\u00e1 lista cuando obtengamos una pasta lisa y f\u00e1cil de gramos de copos de avena<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 10 gramos de cacao puro<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 cucharadas soperas de sirope de \u00e1gave<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 20 gramos de frutos secos (podemos utilizar almendras, avellanas o nueces)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 15 gramos de uvas pasas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 d\u00e1til<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 cucharadas soperas de agua<\/p>\n<p>Cocer el boniato en el <strong>microondas<\/strong> (tapar con papel de film, hacer unos agujeros y cocer a m\u00e1xima potencia durante 6 minutos).\u00a0Una vez cocido lo pasamos a un <strong>robot de cocina<\/strong> (tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer con la batidora), trituramos (o batimos) y vamos a\u00f1adiendo todos los ingredientes de uno en uno. Seguimos triturando hasta obtener una masa gruesa y pastosa.Colocamos la mezcla en un papel de film y hacemos un churro que envolvemos en este papel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refrigerar<\/strong> durante <strong>30 minutos<\/strong> para que nos sea luego m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil manipularlo.
