de copos de ma\u00edz molidos (sin az\u00facar a\u00f1adido)<\/p>\n<p>-60 gramos de harina de almendras (puedes conseguirla moliendo almendras)<\/p>\n<p>-8 d\u00e1tiles (dejar en remojo, escurrir y batir para obtener una crema)<\/p>\n<p>-2 cucharadas de canela<\/p>\n<p>-1 cucharada de cacao puro<\/p>\n<p>-1 cucharada de avoe (aceite virgen oliva extra)<\/p>\n<p>-1 cucharada de crema de sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mezclar los copos de avena, de ma\u00edz y la harina de almendras, a\u00f1adir la canela y el cacao.<\/p>\n<p>Batir ahora el boniato, la crema de d\u00e1tiles, el aceite y la crema de coco.<\/p>\n<p>Juntar todos los ingredientes y trabajarla con la mano hasta tener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>Ponerla sobre una placa de horno y extenderla dejando un dedo de grosor<\/p>\n<p>Hornear 25 minutos a 160 grados.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar, cortar en cuadraditos y espolvorear coco rallado por encima<\/p>\n<h2>Rocas de chocolate<\/h2>\n<p><u>Ingredientes: <\/u><\/p>\n<p>-1 tableta de chocolate negro (m\u00ednimo 70% cacao)<\/p>\n<p>-30 gramos de copos de ma\u00edz (sin az\u00facar a\u00f1adido)<\/p>\n<p>-15 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Derretimos el chocolate al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda, cuando est\u00e9 l\u00edquido a\u00f1adimos los copos de ma\u00edz (romperlos en trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os con las manos), las almendras picadas, la cucharada de canela y ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con ayuda de dos cucharas, hacemos forma de monta\u00f1itas y colocamos sobre papel de horno.
